Have been trying to contact them for 3 days and they wont get back to you. I only wanted to change my address so my worms dont go to my old house. They make it impossible to log in. No phone number to ring . Extremely frustrated. Such poor customer service.

Excellent service, the only issue i've ever had is getting a few extra visitors, namely small locusts. This service is the only place I'll buy bird food after adopting and raising a robin, proving, at least to me, it's not only quality food for birds but with the next day arrival your little feathery bundles never go hungry. I would personally prefer a little bit more of a selection like buffalo worms and a few varied beetle species, possibly some small & simple care instructions for the critters, for example the first time i bought calci-worms and mealworms, i provided the mealworms with too much moisture rich food and killed many of them and the calci-worms are actually excellent escape artists, that transform into terrifying black flies, it's not nice waking up to a room full of essentially maggots that can squeeze out of the containers they come in or being chased about by a demon fly. But I honestly can't say anything negative. The staff obviously work very hard and care very much about what they're doing. So Thank you all.

AVOID. Items never arrived. The tracking number was invalid. No communication whatsoever from anyone on website or via emails, and no refund issued. AVOID AT ALL COST Edit. They emailed me sad about me having left a bad review (on 21th November) and saying that they never received my emails even though I have been emailing them via the CONTACT US button on the website. Still, AVOID

Very good quality products, well packaged, excellent delivery time-frsme and as a result I have ditched my former supplier of Bird Food (Live Mealworms) and will now spend my money here.
